The location was convenient, near various restaurants and Jamestown for a youth hockey game. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a fridge, microwave, bathtub, and even a microwave oven and coffee/tea making facilities. Having a refrigerator was a major bonus.

The breakfast is excellent, includes plenty of meals. The rooms are recently refurbished and reasonably large, and are complete with a king bed and a sleeper sofa, for example. The location is comfortable and ideal, next to a huge cemetery.

This is the third time we have stayed there and love everything about the Hampton. Lovely, clean, roomy suites and great breakfast. Staff is very hospitable and helpful. Any time we are in that area we will stay at the Hampton.

The hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located in downtown Jamestown, close to the city, downtown area, interstate, and historic center. I really enjoyed my recently refurbished room with its comfortable beds.

Comfy location, easy walk to everywhere. Extremely clean building and rooms with a fridge and microwave.

Tim Horton's, Bob Evan's and McDonald's within walking distance. The hotel included continental breakfast. Close to the places on our itinerary which was Lilly Dale (10 mins) and Niagara Falls US side (a little over 2 hrs). Pool was clean and refreshing. Lucille Ball was from this area so there's a museum in her honor and the cemetery where she's buried is across the street. Actually, the hotel is surrounded by cemeteries. Our window faced one and a couple of "unusual" things did occur.

After driving 7 hrs to get there, we checked in and left for another couple of hours to Niagara Falls. It was a bit much in one day. I would take an extra day for that. We were there for only 2 nights. The staff went above and beyond for us. My daughter brought home a dessert w/ice cream and they stored it in their freezer for her. They printed out directions for Niagara Falls and recommended places to eat. I would so stay there again. A very pleasant trip!

I liked this well-priced and well-maintained hotel. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They provided updated, spacious rooms with a sleeper sofa, microwave, and movies. The location was fantastic, close to downtown and the interstate. Additionally, the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum was just 2 miles away.

The accommodations were very clean And very comfortable. Stayed there 2x before and will in the future. Have never been disappointed. Breakfast was a fine continental buffet style. Overall very satisfactory.

No restaurant close enough for a late supper

The food was good with a variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, near the historic center of Jamestown, the Northwest Arena for a hockey tournament, and with perfect views. It was conveniently close to the local airport.

Quality of mattress Breakfast choices

I liked everything about the stay except what I put in the red box. The people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It would have been nice if we could have had it another hour later. It is hard to get up that early when you are on vacation let alone get two kids up and ready that early. But, it was very well appreciated. Thank You for all you did for our stay. They even put the frig and microwave in our room. So nice to accommidate us.

I could hear people walking and kids running upstairs over my room. It was like being in an apartment with kids running and screaming. I cannot believe they actually built the hotel with no means of keeping these things happening.

The property was spotless and the room was newly remodeled and well-appointed. The beds were extra comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location in downtown was comfy.
